Thomas P. Dea - Chairman of the Board Mr. Dea is a founding partner of West Face Capital Inc., a Toronto-based institutional investor with approximately $700 million in capital under management. He was previously a managing Director at Onex Corporation, Canada’s largest private equity investment firm, where he worked from 1995 to 2003. He has also worked in private equity for CIBC Wood Gundy and CE Capital. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School (MBA, 1993) and Yale College (BA, Economics, 1987). Laurie Bennett - Director Mr. Bennett is a retired audit partner of Ernst & Young LLP. He has managed the audits of a number of Canada’s largest companies, with a particular focus on the manufacturing sector, among others. He served on the board of Stelco upon its emergence from bankruptcy reorganization until the time of its sale to US Steel. He is currently on the board of Exco Technologies Limited. Jacques Cote - Director Mr. Cote was a leader in the financial revival of Canadian Pacific Railway’s (CPR) franchise in the eastern part of the continent and of its real estate activities throughout Canada. He was most recently President and CEO of St. Lawrence and Hudson Railway, a subsidiary of CPR, from 1996 to 2001. He held many other senior level operating positions at CPR, including extensive experience in real estate. His career at CPR spanned the period of 1974 to 2001. Alan G. Sellery - Director Mr. Sellery is a Managing Director and co-founder of Ironbridge Equity Partners, established in 2005. Prior to Ironbridge, from 2003-2005, he was a Partner in the Equity Fund at EdgeStone Capital Partners, one of Canada’s leading middle market equity groups. From 1993 to 2002, he was the President / CEO or senor manager leading a series of portfolio companies, primarily for private equity investors, including Grocery Gateway Inc., Canada Bread Company Ltd., Blocksom & Company and SteelWorks. From 1987 to 1991 he worked or Bain & Company, and international strategy consulting firm. Mr. Sellery serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gesco Industries, Inc. He is former Chairman of Trimaster Manufacturing Inc. and Eurospec Manufacturing Inc. and a former Director of Orbit Garant Drilling Inc. and the Toronto Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). He holds an Honours Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and a MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated as a Baker Scholar and a John L. Loeb Fellow in Finance. Mr. Sellery is an active fundraiser for the University of Western Ontario, is involved in a number of community-based organizations and is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO).
